KInIT Gamechangers

The past few months at KInIT were dedicated to the Gamechangers series, through which we introduced the stories of the people who stood at the very beginning of our institute. Each of them helped shape the Kempelen Institute of Intelligent Technologies into a place where excellent research, education, and innovation come together.

The stories of our founding figures showed that behind the creation of a strong institution lies not only a good idea, but above all, a vision, courage, and the ability to find solutions where others see obstacles. In these interviews, we explored what connects the faces of KInIT, what motivated them, and what challenges they had to overcome in the early days. Their experiences prove it possible to build a research environment in Slovakia with both international reach and meaningful impact on society.

The Gamechangers series may be coming to an end, but its message remains – a reminder that behind every innovation stand people who believe that science and technology can move the world in the right direction. And that is exactly what we strive to achieve every day at the Kempelen Institute.
