Partnership Management Administrator

Our partnerships team is looking for a proactive and reliable Partnerships Management Administrator who takes pride in maintaining order and consistency. 

This role puts you in charge of the communication with external partners, meaning industry partners, foundations, supporters, members and associations (internationally and nationally based). You will play a key role in managing documentation and ensuring efficient operations within the partnerships team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for partner relationships and projects 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records, contracts, and contact databases 
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and reporting timelines with partners
  • Organisation of internal and external events and seminars 
  • Participation in guidelines preparation regarding partner-related activities
  • Support contract handling and onboarding of new partners into supplier systems 
  • Cooperate with foundations on partnership projects and KInIT teams on partner-related activities
  • Help track partnership performance and compile regular reports

Personality Requirements and Skills:

  • High attention to detail 
  • 2+ years of experience in supporting projects 
  • Prior experience in administration, customer relations, or partnerships with   foundations is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in both Slovak (C2) and English (B2)

Salary

The offered salary is from 1 500 EUR gross. The final offer strongly depends on the seniority and experience of a successful candidate.
