Mária is an HR professional with a strong academic background in Social and Organizational Psychology and more than 9 years of experience in HR. Her experience covers a wide range of HR areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, internal communication, performance management, employer branding, and employee engagement.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with departments including engineering, finance, logistics, and IT, providing strategic HR support to managers and employees.
Combining expertise in psychology with broad HR experience, she brings a balanced perspective that connects business needs with employee wellbeing, communication, and long-term organizational culture.
She is especially passionate about company culture, mental health, and meaningful communication at work.
Currently, she works at KInIT as an HR Business Partner, supporting the Operations and Ethics departments. In this role, she focuses on strengthening the employee experience, supporting HR initiatives, partnering with leaders and teams, and helping create an open, collaborative, and values-driven work environment.
