Kristína Volnerová

Kristína is an experienced Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience across technology, start-up, consulting, and corporate environments. She has held a range of HR roles, primarily as an HR Partner, supporting business leaders in aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

She began her career at IBM and EY, where she built a strong foundation in HR operations, employee relations, learning and development, and performance management. At the IT start-up #DECENT, she progressed to Head of HR, leading transformation initiatives, driving process improvements, and managing the full employee lifecycle.

Currently, she works at KInIT as an HR Operations Manager, where she leads end-to-end recruitment and contributes to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and tools that support organizational growth and a positive employee experience.

Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in labor law, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. She partners with management on complex people related topics while overseeing onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, reporting, and internal communication. She also plays an active role in strengthening company culture through engagement initiatives and internal events.

Kristína is recognized for her open-minded, people-focused approach, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to align HR practices with organizational needs.
