Dominika Klačanská

Dominika is an HR professional with more than eight years of experience gained in both manufacturing and technology-driven environments. She began her career in administrative and support roles, where she built strong foundations in communication, organization and collaboration with international colleagues. These experiences gradually led her to the field of Human resources, which she has been fully dedicated to in recent years.

As an HR generalist and a partner to senior management, she managed a comprehensive HR agenda, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, legal employment documentation, HR administration, benefits, attendance, payroll inputs, reporting and internal communications. She also handled foreign employee administration and communication with authorities. Her role further included participation in various projects, where she acted as a strategic partner in shaping HR processes.

She currently works at KiNiT as HR Specialist focusing on HRIS implementation and management, development of internal policies, preparation of payroll inputs and coordination of onboarding and offboarding, as well as  occupational health and safety (OHS) and medical examinations. She closely collaborates across internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Dominika is known for her directness, independence and reliability. She takes ownership of HR processes, works autonomously and connects day-to-day HR operations with a broader understanding of organizational and employee needs.
