KInIT in Quark magazine: Hidden prejudices

Our collaboration with Quark magazine continues with another article in the series focused on intelligent technologies. Quark is a Slovak popular science magazine dedicated to science and technology, where you can find KInIT’s contributions every month in both print and online formats.

In March, we contributed the article Hidden prejudices, in which our researchers Juraj Podroužek and Kamil Burda explain how artificial intelligence can reflect societal stereotypes. At the same time, they describe how these biases can be identified and why addressing them is important for building responsible and fair AI systems.
