Finding the right people for a specific project based on its particular requirements is always a challenge and at the same time a key factor for its success. In an environment where demands for skills, experience, and availability change rapidly, the ability to effectively match people with projects is a decisive element for successful project execution.
In Hopero, we worked with the company TITANS freelancers to develop an innovative solution that uses artificial intelligence to help identify and match suitable candidates (freelancers) to specific IT projects. Our goal was to create an intelligent approach that considers the complex requirements of projects and speeds up the selection of ideal candidates, thereby increasing the efficiency of the entire process and potentially the success rate of completed projects.
As part of the collaboration, we combined TITANS freelancers’ domain expertise with our knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence. This synergistic approach allowed us to design a solution that not only reflects real-world needs but also leverages the latest research insights.
