KInIT at the Career Fair ŽiPoMAT 2026: Connecting with the Next Generation of Researchers
KInIT recently took part in a career fair hosted at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of Comenius University in Bratislava. The event brought together talented students eager to explore career paths in research and technology.
On the 22nd of April, our team had the opportunity to present KInIT’s mission, ongoing research, and collaborative projects. Through engaging conversations, we introduced students to the real-world impact of our work and the dynamic environment we offer to early-career researchers. It was encouraging to see strong interest in our PhD opportunities, internships, and future positions, as many students expressed enthusiasm about contributing to meaningful research.

Beyond sharing information, the event allowed us to build valuable connections with potential future colleagues. We were particularly pleased to engage with a diverse group of students, including a growing number of young women showing interest in research careers. This reflects a positive shift in the field and aligns with our long-term commitment to fostering inclusive participation in science and technology.
Participating in events like this remains an important part of how we connect with emerging talent, exchange ideas, and inspire the next generation. We look forward to continuing these conversations and welcoming new researchers who are motivated to shape the future through innovation.
