Research (Management) Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised individual with a sharp eye for detail to become part of our Research & Development team in a unique AI research institute. In this role, you will provide essential support to our research teams and activities by managing all administration and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement appropriate research methodologies and methods, evaluation strategies and research tools.
  • In collaboration with senior R&D staff, support the development and training of the wider team.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, high-quality analysis and executive-level presentations to bring insights across teams
  • Deliver  statistical insights and reporting
  • Search and gather information and statistical data from internal and external sources.
  • Support meetings (both online and in person), by preparing draft minutes, taking notes and keeping records.
  • Oversee accurate and timely submissions of statistics to government and ranking bodies.
  • Oversee and support the PhD and ERC programme of the institute. 

Personality requirements and skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools (or GDrive applications). 
  • Ability to develop and utilise appropriate quantitative or qualitative methods and tools to support high-quality research and analysis.
  • Ability to systematically analyse information.
  • Ability to work with and interpret statistical data, reports and create data visualisations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, which ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines.
  • Awareness of data management policies at organisational, national and international levels (i.e. GDPR).

Salary

The offered salary is from 1,600 EUR gross. The final offer strongly depends on the seniority and experience of a successful candidate.
