Research Group
Jozef is a research engineer focused on classification and timing analysis and is part of the Green and Secure Environment team. Jozef graduated from Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Management Science and Informatics in Žilina. His PhD thesis – The use of machine learning algorithms in study of periodic signals in astrophysics was written at the Advanced Technologies Research Institute in Trnava, STU. During his studies, he has collaborated with colleagues from the European Space Agency’s ESAC center in Madrid with expertise in signal analysis from novae and focused on classification machine learning algorithms, signal analysis, and satellite data extraction.
