Grant Office Intern

We are a nonprofit organization that brings together the experts in AI and other areas of computer science, and dedicate our time and effort to intelligent technology research. We are looking for a hard-working, curious and driven student, minimally in the 2nd year of university studies.  

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in communication with European and state institutions – Inspection of digital components and ensuring compliance with the requirements of European and national institutions.
  • Helping with preparation of reports and contractual documentation
  • Assisting with organization of project office events and activities
  • Participating in creation and maintenance of the Project office databases and files
  • Supporting the Project office with other administrative activities – reporting, invoicing, documentation update

  • MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint), Google workspace – intermediate level
  • Curious, passionate to learn new things
  • Detail oriented

Salary

The offered salary is from 6 eur/hour. The final offer strongly depends on the seniority and experience of a successful candidate.
