Michal is a researcher and lecturer specializing in responsible AI practices, human-AI interaction, user-centered design, and the sociotechnical impact of AI systems. He holds a PhD from Charles University in Prague, where he focused on the conceptual design of a participatory model for AI assistants. Additionally, Michal has completed six years of internationally accredited psychodynamic group training, enhancing his understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics.
