Cie\u013eom bolo identifikova\u0165 z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov, u ktor\u00fdch je vy\u0161\u0161ie riziko ukon\u010denia predplatn\u00e9ho, aby bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 reten\u010dn\u00e9 aktivity cieli\u0165 sk\u00f4r a na z\u00e1klade d\u00e1t, nie iba manu\u00e1lnych predpokladov.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"element core-heading\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Ako sme to rie\u0161ili<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"element core-paragraph\">\n<p>Prototyp sa zameriava na dve hlavn\u00e9 produktov\u00e9 oblasti. Vyu\u017e\u00edva historick\u00e9 transak\u010dn\u00e9 d\u00e1ta spolu s dostupn\u00fdmi inform\u00e1ciami o pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed produktov, ako s\u00fa aktivita dokumentov alebo pou\u017e\u00edvanie syst\u00e9mu. Odchod z\u00e1kazn\u00edka (churn) je definovan\u00fd na z\u00e1klade obdobia platnosti slu\u017eby: z\u00e1kazn\u00edk je pova\u017eovan\u00fd za od\u00edden\u00e9ho vtedy, ke\u010f sa jeho posledn\u00e9 zaplaten\u00e9 obdobie slu\u017eby u\u017e skon\u010dilo. Model je tr\u00e9novan\u00fd iba na inform\u00e1ci\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 by boli dostupn\u00e9 pred bodom predikcie, \u010do je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 na zabr\u00e1nenie \u00faniku d\u00e1t a na to, aby bolo hodnotenie \u010do najbli\u017e\u0161ie re\u00e1lnemu scen\u00e1ru bud\u00facej predikcie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"element core-paragraph\">\n<p>V\u00fdzvou nebolo iba natr\u00e9nova\u0165 klasifik\u00e1tor, ale aj pripravi\u0165 d\u00e1ta konzistentn\u00fdm a spo\u013eahliv\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom. D\u00e1ta boli normalizovan\u00e9 a spracovan\u00e9 do jednotn\u00fdch \u010dasov\u00fdch intervalov. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edci s pr\u00edli\u0161 kr\u00e1tkou transak\u010dnou hist\u00f3riou boli odfiltrovan\u00ed a okn\u00e1 pr\u00edznakov boli navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby vyu\u017e\u00edvali ned\u00e1vne spr\u00e1vanie pred d\u00e1tumom predikcie, nie inform\u00e1cie z obdobia po tom, ako z\u00e1kazn\u00edk u\u017e odi\u0161iel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"element core-paragraph\">\n<p>Prototyp bol navrhnut\u00fd ako kompletn\u00fd pipeline od exportu datab\u00e1zy a\u017e po vyhodnotenie modelu a v\u00fdstup predikci\u00ed. Rie\u0161enie sa zameriavalo na nieko\u013eko k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"element core-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div id=\"\" class=\"element core-list-item\">\n<li><strong>Export a pr\u00edprava d\u00e1t<\/strong>: Boli pripraven\u00e9 skripty na obnovenie k\u00f3pie datab\u00e1zy KROS v prostred\u00ed Docker, export potrebn\u00fdch tabuliek do form\u00e1tu CSV a zl\u00fa\u010denie v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch d\u00e1tov\u00fdch s\u00faborov z tabuliek pou\u017e\u00edvania do form\u00e1tu vhodn\u00e9ho na modelovanie.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"element core-list-item\">\n<li><strong>Vytvorenie ozna\u010denia odchodu z\u00e1kazn\u00edka<\/strong>: Z\u00e1kazn\u00edci boli ozna\u010den\u00ed ako od\u00edden\u00ed alebo akt\u00edvni na z\u00e1klade d\u00e1tumu ukon\u010denia ich servisn\u00e9ho obdobia, pri\u010dom zdrojom pravdy bola hist\u00f3ria transakci\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"element core-list-item\">\n<li><strong>Tvorba pr\u00edznakov s d\u00f4razom na elimin\u00e1ciu \u00faniku d\u00e1t<\/strong>: Pr\u00edznaky boli vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 iba z pevne definovan\u00e9ho historick\u00e9ho obdobia pred bodom predikcie. Zah\u0155\u0148ali \u00fadaje z dostupn\u00fdch in\u0161tanci\u00ed aj \u00fadaje o spr\u00e1van\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov v syst\u00e9me.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"element core-list-item\">\n<li><strong>Tr\u00e9ning modelu a vyhodnotenie<\/strong>: Klasifika\u010dn\u00fd model n\u00e1hodn\u00e9ho lesa bol tr\u00e9novan\u00fd samostatne pre r\u00f4zne d\u00e1tov\u00e9 s\u00fabory. Dodan\u00fd k\u00f3d pripravuje d\u00e1ta zo snapshotu datab\u00e1zy, tr\u00e9nuje a vyhodnocuje modely \u0161pecifick\u00e9 pre jednotliv\u00e9 produkty, uklad\u00e1 znovupou\u017eite\u013en\u00e9 modelov\u00e9 artefakty a exportuje pravdepodobnosti odchodu na \u00farovni z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Vyhodnoten\u00fd model dosiahol <strong>sk\u00f3re ROC AUC 0.80<\/strong>. V\u010faka tomu je prototyp u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojom v\u010dasn\u00e9ho varovania, pri\u010dom rozhodovac\u00ed prah mo\u017eno prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 v z\u00e1vislosti od reten\u010dn\u00fdch prior\u00edt spolo\u010dnosti KROS. Model identifikoval pribli\u017ene 250 z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikom odchodu, z ktor\u00fdch bola realizovan\u00e1 cielen\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia na vzorke 24 z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov. V 5 pr\u00edpadoch do\u0161lo k n\u00e1slednej konverzii do tr\u017eieb. Na z\u00e1klade charakteru identifikovan\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov a absencie akejko\u013evek inej pl\u00e1novanej komunik\u00e1cie mo\u017eno predpoklada\u0165, \u017ee bez vyu\u017eitia predik\u010dn\u00e9ho modelu by t\u00edto z\u00e1kazn\u00edci s vysokou pravdepodobnos\u0165ou neboli v\u010das osloven\u00ed, a do\u0161lo by k ich odchodu bez mo\u017enosti intervencie. Tieto v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00fa praktick\u00fa vyu\u017eite\u013enos\u0165 predik\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edstupu a jeho potenci\u00e1l generova\u0165 merate\u013en\u00fa obchodn\u00fa hodnotu.\u201d<br><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"element core-heading\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ing.
